We have established procedures for dealing with clients’ complaints. If you wish to make a complaint, please email it to our Complaint Officer at jeanette.chiu@bentleyreid.com.
We will endeavor to acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 7 days from the day of receipt. A final response with an explanation of our decision is expected to be issued as soon as practicable, under normal circumstances within 2 months.
If you remain dissatisfied with our conclusion, you have the right to refer a dispute to the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre.
