Chief Executive Officer (Bentley Trust)
Emily Burgess joined Bentley Trust (Malta) Limited in 2017 as Trust Manager and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2026.
Emily brings over 25 years’ experience in financial services across the UK, Malta, the UAE and Turkey, including 16 years specialising in the trust and fiduciary sector. Her career reflects deep expertise in trust administration, governance and regulatory compliance within international environments.
She holds an MBA with Distinction in Business Management from Liverpool John Moores University and is a full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and walking her two rescue dogs.
