Chief Financial Officer (Bentley Trust)
Charlene Micallef joined Bentley Trust (Malta) Limited in 2010 as an Accounts Assistant, progressing to Accountant in 2021 and assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2026. Based in the Malta office, Charlene oversees all accounting and ICT functions within the Company.
Charlene previously worked for two years in the Accounts Department at Lufthansa Technik Malta Ltd after finishing her degree in B.Com (Hons) Banking & Finance from the University of Malta. Since joining Bentley Trust, Charlene has become an ACCA Affiliate and obtained her CPA warrant, as well as earning an M.A. in European Politics, Economics and Law from the University of Malta. She is also a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
Outside work, Charlene enjoys her time reading whilst also spending time with her family and dogs, as well as travelling.
